Wraith Robe.

This wraith robe was made on commission.  Please note that in the following photographs, you're seeing both the black mage robe and a large 'tattered' overlaying robe designed to give it a 'tattered Nazgul' look.

The overlay was made to roughly the same pattern as the wraith robe, and in several layers.  The bottom layer was plain light black cotton, with a minimum of one more layer on top.  The top layers were made up from a variety of black fabrics that I had left over from other projects, including crushed black velvet, black triple velvet and some of the heavy Scotchguarded fabric from the mage robe itself.

The hems of the overlaying wraith robe then had a knife taken to them, not to put too fine a point on it.  The wraith robe was then donned over the black mages robe to give the final effect as shown below.

Availability:

  • This garment is not available for purchase.
  • Please note as mentioned above that the photographs below are of two garments - the black mage robe and a large 'tattered' overlaying robe.
  • Garments cut to the same pattern are available for custom order.  The cost of the overlay garment alone is in the region of £40 (not including postage) depending on the fabric required and any other special requirements.   Please email me for details.
