We have a bed of potatos in but need to sort out a couple more beds to get the rest in which like you is a priority currently amoung many other things..

Our allotment rules are both laxer and stricter than yours.. We don't have formal inspections just informal ones and we don't have a list of thigns we should do though the polts should be weed free and mostly cultivated. 25% wouldn't be enough here now really but that is because we have a waiting list and a certain amount of pressure form the council that we could just split down plots to give more people a chance.

i stuck you in my rss ting this morning & boom, there she was, in these days of ubiquitous hotmailsgmailsandyahoos fallenseraphim kinda sticks out... it's also a great way to see what your community members are upto...
i was kinda confused by the freecycle/freegle debeegle, but i still call myself a freecycler, cos freegle sounds so dumb, i respond to a lot of wants ads actually, but them i am a fearsome hoarder..
anything that builds community has to be a good thing, i've had very few BAD experiences thru doing it.. and have made some interesting connections with people,
