Raphael - Healer of the Earth

Regent of the sun, patron of travellers, protector of the young and the innocent, you are the archangel Raphael. You are one of the seven who stand before the throne of God, and healed the earth when it was defiled by the sins of the fallen angels.

Your name means "God has healed" and you bound the fallen 'watcher' Azrael, burying him under rocks in a desert place on earth. In the name of healing you once gave Noah a medical book known as "The Book of the Angel Raziel".

You are the angel of healing, carrier of the pilgrim staff, and ruler over the element of fire.
